Digital Adventure Releases

The following adventures will be released on October 7, 2026, and may be run at events beginning on that date. These are the final Pathfinder Society scenarios currently scheduled to be published by Paizo.

Pathfinder Society Scenario #8-07: In the Halls of Dead Justice
Pathfinder Society Scenario #8-08: Treatise on the Study of Clockwork

Starfinder Society Scenario #2-07: Attack at the Freemarkets

Sanctioning Updates

September means new adventures to play for both campaigns! For Pathfinder Society, The Dead God’s Hand has finally made its way from Erik Mona’s brain to your hands. Sanctioning documents for the adventure are available on the product page.

For our Starfinders, the Secrets of the Swarm Adventure Path is now available! Sanctioning for the new ancestries and items is available on the Character Options page, and the Generic Chronicle Sheet may be applied after playing through the adventure.

It’s come to our attention that there was some confusion regarding updates to the magus and summoner classes. The following text has been added to the sanctioning for Impossible Magic:

“All magus and summoner characters treat updates to the class chassis and feats as errata, and must implement them immediately. Any changes other than those required (such as changes to attribute modifiers or selecting new feats and subclasses) require the purchase of a rebuild boon.”

There are some compelling arguments made that magi should be permitted to freely rebuild under the Errata Rebuild rules. After deliberation, we have made the determination that this is not the intent of that section of the Guide. Magi who wish to change their attribute modifiers in light of the updates to the class will need to purchase a rebuild boon as normal.

GM and Volunteer Recognition

Campaign Service Coins

One of my favorite things I get to do when I attend conventions is hand out Campaign Coins. We award these coins to members of the community who have gone above and beyond to provide an exceptional program to the community at large. Campaign Coins are awarded based on nominations; if you believe someone in your community is deserving of this award (whether or not they are a Venture Officer), send an email to organizedplay[at]paizo[dot]com with their name and reasons.

Congratulations to:

Nick Nold, who now holds a Campaign Coin and OP ID #951,

Shae Lentz, who now holds a Campaign Coin and OP ID #966,

and Seven DeBord, who now holds a Campaign Coin and OP ID #967!

GM Ranks

Whether stars, novas, glyphs, or nebulas, achieving a 5 ranking in any program involves a substantial amount of time. To achieve the 5th milestone, a GM must run 150 games, of which at least 50 must be unique scenarios and 10 special scenarios as well as run between one and three games for venture-captains (program dependent). A conservative estimate of the time needed to reach the 5th milestone is 650 hours!

This month we had two GMs reach their fifth rank!

5th Glyph (PFS2): James Anderson, Eric Barrier
